after a 4 days-straight coding session vStrip 0.8 is out: aspi-support, udf-reader, non-vob mode, …
please give it a good spin (lots of “new” features) and give feedback (especially on 1GB vobs as i don’t have any of those)!

as i can’t surf the ‘net, i’m busy hacking away on vStrip udf-support; have already fixed problems w/ non-2048 byte aligned files (e.g. dvb-captures etc)…
made quite some progress on my palm-programming project, but really have to get used to that tiny dynamic heap; it seems to be more efficient to create a “temporary” database than allocate arrays or linked lists…
i haven’t gotten around to posting the actual source for the most recent vStrip yet… i’m just kinda busy, so bear w/ me…
yey! got my .pdb (palm database?) writer working… EDICT, here i come… 😉 [well… still need to do the application itself…]
arrived in reading again, squished that nasty bug and added background lighting calculations to prevent those severe frame-rate drops we’ve been experiencing… back to “normal” uni-life (hopefully). travel didn’t really make for a great birthday, but it all went sufficiently well…
new vStrip version (0.7c) with language info (and maybe working linux support) on “code”…
