Finger Twist
bought a nostromo n50 “speed pad”. feels quite nice (and seems to help my wrist / finger posture problem) but the real test will be the coming weekend…

…kind of safe…
got back to hannover, germany safely… kind of… managed to leave our exhaust somewhere inbetween london and harwich, so then drove on without one (now i know how the “impact blue” from the initial d battle-stage sounds first hand… and it sucks if you have to drive 650km), and then got into a police inspection as soon as we crossed the border into germany, but either i managed to turn the engine off quickly enough (i literally “rolled” onto the parking lot) and they didn’t hear it or they simply didn’t care… phew!
Graduation
managed to graduate today (walking w/ my injured knee was not quite as bad as i had feared); now i have this nice certificate attesting a 1st class bachelor of science degree in computational mathematics.
