after a (cleansing) night in the bathtub, the cherry-keyboard still worked just fine (respect!). so i returned the ms natural keyboard pro (because i just couldn’t get used to the UK keylayout and the split typing surface at the same time)…

it’s a problem between the tyan board and geforce3 cards and upwards (seemingly not gf4 mx).

my computer still does the funny stripes. put the gf4 into another computer -> no stripes. put a gf2mx into my computer -> no stripes. argh! so it’s either the power supply or something else entirely…
XP Themes vs. Delphi
uhhhh… i’ve had a long fight with delphi’s TListView in report mode, no icons and headers (i.e. vStrip input-list) and the winXP styling engine… and i’ve lost (well… went to bed at 2:45am). if you have similar problems, take a look at Theme Manager.
