When I went to town (in Braunschweig this time) on Friday, I also remembered to buy some proper indoor sports / squash shoes. After having tried them yesterday, I can say the difference is like night and day. Not that I’m playing any better… :p
Lesson learned: Get proper shoes. Your joints will thank you!
